For the last decade, we have provided clients with vital fire safety consultancy. To provide an extra level of compliance, we have introduced a camera incorporating 3D laser technology to scan premises and create digital 3D twins seamlessly.
The 3D twin can be virtually toured, measured and annotated with critical fire safety documents, embedded with videos and documents to ensure all fire safety compliance is in one place.
Using our LIDAR 3D scanning equipment, Trident create immersive virtual models which can be explored, annotated, measured, and shared, creating a single reference point for tracking maintenance tasks and providing contractors or house teams with vital information quickly.
The virtual tour can be utilised for remote inspections at the design stage, showcasing a space or as part of staff training to understand the building and escape routes.
The digital twins have been known to improve advertising campaigns by allowing potential customers to virtually walk through properties and provide detailed information about services and amenities with clickable tags and annotations, easily visible when touring the model. The tours can be embedded directly into a website for simple access and usability.
We combine industry experience with technology to create 2D CAD drawings, producing floor plans, fire separation drawings, zone plans, and emergency escape route drawings.
In line with Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, we create plans that detail key fire safety equipment that can be used to increase awareness amongst responsible parties. The Points of Emphasis drawings, identifying critical fire safety assets and evacuation assistance on building plans, drawn from our scans, or overlaid onto existing plans.
