Scientific Research Facility-York

Trident Fire Protection have worked alongside the recently refurbished Science Research Facility in York to install regulated passive fire protection systems under high-security details. Following the brief of the project proposal Trident Fire Protection installed a series of British Gypsum fire rated walls and ceilings, accompanied by fire stopping to all service penetrations passing through various compartments. As outlined by the brief, acoustic barriers were suspended above all the office and laboratory walls to ensure maximum sound reduction between sensitive areas. A job well done.

Fire-Stopping Inspection- London

Trident Fire Protection recently carried out a certified inspection after business concerns were raised that fire safety-critical systems were not being installed compliantly by the current company. Due to the poor results of previous work, Trident created a project management plan identifying and reporting a fully detailed digital report, with photographic evidence and geographical locations to locate the problems immediately. The quick and responsive work from Trident subsequently meant all problems were identified before a fire was discovered, enabling the correct regulated work to be completed – first time.

Fire Door Inspections- Nationwide

As a fire safety company, Trident Fire is responsible for carrying out analysis’s on essential fire doors across a portfolio of residential care homes, Schools, Hospitals and Industrial Facilities. Such analysis’s are vital to ensure that the fire doors meet stringent standards of maintenance and conformity offering the occupants the best chance possible of escaping a serious fire in the premises. Trident’s ongoing programme of fire door checks uncovers some common issues such as wedged open fire doors, to newly fitted doors that are non-compliant or in some cases worse than the doors they replaced.
